If you want to make some decent money with
Adsense or affiliate programs, you know how
important it is to find a PROFITABLE niche.
So let me ask you: Whats the MOST important?
- Choosing your niches
- Keyword research
- Optimizing your sites
If you answered #1, youre spot on.
Have you ever worked hard to get a site up
and running, only to later find out that you
have wasted your time because:
- The niche is too competitive --
you can hardly get traffic for your main
terms
- The niche is too small -- no one
ever comes to your site
- You only make pennies for the clicks
you do get.
If this sounds familiar, then youll
love this. And dont worry, it wont cost
you a dime.
Myleena Phan has a delightful new FREE REPORT
that shows us the BEST way to research niches.
And it may even change your thinking process
about niche hunting.
Whats in How To Uncover Red-Hot
Niches?
The 47 page PDF report gives you the exact
steps Myleena uses to find profitable niches
that allowed her to bring her Adsense and
affiliate revenues from under $100 up to over
$15,000 per month - on Adsense alone.
But I want to stress two things:
1) This is NOT about AdSense.
Its about selecting
profitable niches. Even
if youve been turned off AdSense, you
can still gather a lot of value (I mean that)
from considering her tested and proven personal
system.
2) Its NOT a copy of anything
Ive read anywhere else either.
You probably have not heard of Myleena (I
certainly hadnt). Well, the reason is
.
she prefers to keep a low profile and just
carry on earning her living online from the
network of sites that she has.
But one thing I now know. She knows her stuff.
I think the report is BRILLIANT and that
she could easily sell it for $47 a piece.
Its that meaty.
Also
. its presented attractively
(which some reports are not, as you know).
I had a number of AHA! moments as I read
its 47 pages. Chapters 9 and 13 were especially
aha! for me but the whole thing
is good.
Its a system.
Its a STEP BY STEP plan to FIND HOT
NICHES.
Nothing less.
She tells you ALL her steps and even provides
a way to automate the process.
What
the creator of NicheInspector
says about her STRATEGY
I
simply seek out hot markets with
high-paying keywords and little competition.
She
designed the software to do just that.
|
|
Even
if youre not in the market to
buy anything right now, her report is
very informative indeed.
Myleena
outlines in clear and detailed steps
exactly what she does. Or more to the
point, exactly what the software now
does for her. But you could do these
steps yourself (except the KEI calculations,
Id say - but they are optional
anyway. I dont pay much attention to
them, in fact).
The
software is simply an AUTOMATION tool
for the niche hunting system she developed
because nothing else was doing the job
for her.
|
Another reason I like NicheInspector
Ive just opened up NicheInspector,
Myleena Phans wonderful niche hunting
software again. Im now using it OFTEN
- its that good.
The first thing that happened when I fired
it up just now is that an alert pops up telling
me theres an update available.
Now thats about the 4th NicheInspector
update in about 2 weeks that Ive been
using this software.
Most of those updates were issued before
the thing even went on the market, too. (I
was lucky enough to get one of the prelaunch
copies.) Now thats what I call COMMITMENT
to the excellence of her product.
How to get the Best out of NicheInspector
1. You can enter a single topic such
as learn golf or lose weight
into the software and it will find you, typically,
hundreds of key phrases related to golf classes
or weight loss, and it also lists
* how many searches in the big 3 search
engines
* how many pay per click ads in Google
* top & bottom prices for those AdWords
ads.
Then you use the filters to get rid of the
results which are of no interest to you, such
as
* not enough searches
* PPC costs are too high or too low, depending
on your goals
* too many or too few Google ads
* KEI
This filtering process takes a split second,
then with another 2 clicks you can hide the
unwanted results - so you have only the good
stuff left.
You can then export the good stuff to a text
file.
2. There is ANOTHER way to search
for hot niches. And that is to enter what
I call generic terms, like
how to
favorite
find
stop
rent
get rid of
purchase
IDEA: Set up a site aiming to serve one of
the hungry crowds that NicheInspector finds.
Make money from a related affiliate product
or just from Adsense. Or eBay. Or Amazon.
Or ALL of them!
3. With NicheInspector, there is a
3rd way to find niche gold too. It's the BRAIN
STORMING function. Just tell it how many topics
to find and let it rip.
In a few minutes,
NicheInspector's brainstorming function
gave me some niches I'd never even
heard of before!
|
Run the brainstormer again and find ANOTHER
(different!) batch of niche candidates. Run
them through the filters (incidentally the
filters are set to remember your last settings
- a nice time saver).
WHAT A WONDERFUL PIECE OF NICHE HUNTING SOFTWARE
THIS IS. GETS MY UNRESERVED RECOMMENDATION.

the page to where it says Click Here
To See Niche Inspector In Action!
The video is ALSO accessible from a link
inside her free report.
The 4 minute video goes through an example
and uses the very popular keyword cruises.
Heres what happens
NicheInspector searches the internet and
finds the top 100 (or any number you choose)
keyword phrases including river cruises
and celebrity cruise line and
the like.
And this is what it reports for each of the
keywords and keyphrases that it finds:
* The number of monthly searches
* Number of Google results for this keyword
* Number of MSN results for this keyword
* Number of Yahoo results for this keyword
* Number of AdWords advertisers for this
keyword
* Results / searches (R/S) ratio
* KEI score (keyword effectiveness index)
* Cost Per Click for broad match ads in
Google
* Cost Per Click for exact match ads in
Google
* Cost Per Click for phrase match ads in
Google
To find the most profitable keywords for
a new site on cruises, youd want to
use the filters which NicheInspector provides.
Firstly, you might want to select only keywords
with a low number of competitors. So the video
demo filtered out all results except
Google: only show keywords with results
under 900,000
MSN: under 250,000
Yahoo: under 40,000
You can easily hide the unwanted results,
and then unhide them later if you want to
see them again.
Next the video demonstrator used the filters
again, so that only NicheInspector only showed
keywords with lots of AdWords ads. Lots of
ads show that a market is profitable.
Summary:
After just a few minutes (depending on the
speed of your internet connection), you will
have a list of the top 100 results for whatever
keywords you feed in. It only took 1-2 minutes
for me.
Then you use the filtering options that are
built into NicheInspector to narrow that down
to, say, the top 3 results.
In the case of cruises, the top 3 key phrases
are:
european cruise
bermuda cruise
last minute cruise deal
And heres why they are the top
results:
* High number of monthly searches
* Few competitors
* A lot of advertisers (showing that its
a profitable market)
* High AdWords bids - which would translate
into good earnings on an AdSense site.
So thats a quick summary of the video,
but its far more impressive when you
see it happen on your screen.

My own use of Niche Inspector
Now, let me tell you about my experience
using NicheInspector
I used the single keyword stop
for this test.
Quickly NicheInspector had listed 100 results
for me.
I then used the filters to remove the less
attractive results from the list. Firstly
I set it to only select keywords with 5+ Google
AdWords ads AND 1000+ searches per month.
Why 5+ PPC ads? These, in case you missed
it earlier, will be profitable topics because
advertisers wouldnt be paying for ads otherwise.
That cut the list down to 25.
Then I set the filters to delist any keywords
that did not have at least $2.00 as the minimum
bids (or you can set maximums for different
types of searches) for both phrase match AND
exact match in Google AdWords. This will yield
the most profitable keywords if I was going
to create an AdSense site, for example.
That brought the list down to 18 results.
So I raised the price to $3.00 and ran the
filters again. Several more keywords become
unticked in the process, so once again I tell
NicheInspector to hide the unticked results.
Were now down to 10.
I repeated this till I had 6 results (by
the way, the bid maximums went all the way
up to $9 to get this).
So weve quickly found 6 profitable
keywords.
If I only wanted the top 3 keywords, I could
continue to raise the bid price till I got
down to 3.
But there is another way to do this too --
just glance at the columns on the right where
the actual bid prices are listed. So the top
3 results are...
stop pop ups
$17.31-$22.43 exact match
$12.85-$16.40 phrase match
stop foreclosure
$13.29-$16.61 exact match
$11.57-$14.47 phrase match
stop home foreclosure
$11.42-$14.28 exact match
$11.53-$14.41 phrase match
All of these have 9 Google AdWords ads.
All have substantial search volume.
So take your pick.
How easy was that?
|
NicheInspector adds a whole new dimension
to the process of niche keyword research.
That new dimension is the word
EASY.
Well, its also
FAST.
Writing this article has taken longer
than the process itself did.
|
Finally, let me tell you about NicheInspectors
brainstorming function
Brainstorming is what we do when were
trying to generate ideas, choices, options
when were trying to make a list of possibilities.
Well, NicheInspector can do your brainstorming
for you.
This will be especially helpful when you
dont have a niche in mind you just
want to find a profitable topic (any topic!)
to build a site around.
I set it to find 100 results. After a few
minutes of web-searching, NicheInspector has
my list of 100. I could do the filtering and
take you through that again, but since we
did that already I wont.
Instead, I will report on the results for
you as follows:
1
There are some items Ive never
heard of. So of course, theres no way
I could ever have come up with these keyphrases.
2
Highest keyword
bid price: $36.09
3
Most have
8+ Google ads (indicating profitability)
4
Number of searches/month: All the
way up to 132,314
Exactly how the brainstorming function works,
I have no idea. But this sure beats sitting
around and trying to think of keyphrases to
investigate on your own.
OVERALL SUMMARY:
NicheInspector is a power tool that savvy
internet marketers are already embracing.
Even if you decide not to buy NicheInspector,
Myleena has provided a detailed, step-by-step
manual about how to do niche market research.
As she says, she held nothing back.
To quote the site:
Niche Inspector lets you filter out
keywords that dont have enough ads (as
they usually dont pay as much) and filter
out keywords that have too many results (too
much competition).
with the result that you can find profitable
but under-served niche markets. Nice. Very
nice.
