Some say that banner advertising is not very effective. You will hear this in the Internet marketing field. The key is though you see banners everywhere so they do work. You are going to find banner advertising is cheaper and better.

We also need to know how to structure our banners and choose the correct ones. Companies will give you a choice of banners but you must know how to choose them as they can be vastly different. Landing pages are also very important. Some companies build lousy landing pages. They do not test very well and they just put them up and hope their affiliates do the testing giving them advice. If you know what you’re doing you can spot these inferior pages before you even do anything with them. Another thing is the pay according to the action and how it is set up, if it is good enough.

Banner advertising is not pocket change but a very powerful advertising medium that is in its starting stages. This is really the new form of advertising and is going to expand in a massive way.
