You can get PLR rewritten at a fraction of the cost of new articles. Provided that it's well structured to begin with, you can even outsource this overseas.

Our project, Search-Earn will be the most valuable advertisement application of the Internet. Its main principle is "The internet users should benefit from the billion dollar economy they have created. "Search engines that make billions of US$ thanks to their users, should have to share this income with their users. The Search-Earn has been designed and created by a team of mathematicians, programmers, statisticians and advertisers and it aims its users to earn regular income while not changing their daily internet usage styles. The Search-Earn calls every internet user to get their share from the advertisement economy they created.

The Search-Earn does not want to change your internet usage habits. As you can see, our homepage is very simple (it becomes much simpler and faster when you log in), and it would always stay like that. Your words will be searched via the search engine that you prefer. If there is not any advertisement appointed to your searches, then you will be directed to the search results of the engine. If there is an advertisement appointed to your search, then you will see the advertisement first. You may choose to click the advertisement if you are interested, or continue to the search results provided by your preferred search engine.

“Cost Per Action” or CPA marketing is one of the simplest methods for beginner Internet marketers to begin making money online and get paid for the "actions" taken by the traffic you steer to advertisers

Interesting. I've only been exposed to PLR in the form of articles, but I've mostly stayed away because of what I've read about duplicate content penalties. Didn't think there were these other types of PLRs.
