Keyword luv is a love hate plugin. You do get a lot of traffic from spammers, but if you have a generic product that anyone can use, then you can expect some positive returns on it.

I agree that this plugin is a great booster for blogs. for the point of view of the blog owner altough is not a set and forget. If ppl love their blogs they should really take care of them on a daily basis in order to don’t stack up on spam and crap posts. on the point of the visitor, this is a great motivator to encourage ppl to make a decent post on any specific subject, contributing this way to enrich the blog content. so it is a win win scenario in my POV.
