On the device itself, some noticeable things that did change are its Next Page keys which became smaller and inward-facing already to avoid accidental page-turning. Still another additional features that it has are the two stereo speakers on the rear of the device and a 3.5mm headphone jack at the top.
Its QWERTY keyboard is now using rounded keys for you to create notes, search, enter web addresses and perform other applications on it easily. You will also notice that in Kindle 2, unlike the first one, the space bar is placed in front and in the center. It has been said that in such competition where one wants to be on top of the other, no one is going to win because everything lies on what the users need and want.
